Wholesale Terms

How to Order
You can place your wholesale order online by logging into your Rahaf Al Fakhama wholesale account. Alternatively, you may email your order to sales@rahafalfakhama.com.

Minimum Order Requirement
The minimum wholesale order is 100 pieces per item.

Pricing Terms
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The latest price list will always override previous versions. Wholesale prices are only available to verified resellers with a valid resale certificate/seller’s permit.

Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), EFT payments, checks, and money orders. Orders are shipped only after funds are received. For EFT, please email proof of payment to sales@rahafalfakhama.com.

Delivery Window
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. During peak seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days. Larger wholesale orders may require more time.

Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing and will be calculated at dispatch, depending on order weight, size, and method. A valid physical address is required.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, we may either hold your order for a short period (if stock is expected soon) or ship the remaining items. A packing slip will indicate out-of-stock products, and you will be notified once they are back.

Product Samples
Free samples are not provided. However, testers and mini sizes are available for many fragrances. We recommend trying testers before bulk purchases.

Claims and Returns
Please report shipping errors, damages, or shortages within 5 days of receiving your order. Damages during transit are the carrier’s responsibility. Retain packaging for claims. Wrong orders require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before return. Unauthorized returns incur a 50% rehandling fee.

Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to approval. Approved and processed orders cannot be canceled, though additional items may be added if shipping has not occurred. Delivery may be delayed due to transport or unforeseen circumstances. Wholesale returns are accepted with a 30% restocking fee, provided items are in saleable condition and original packaging.
